During this phase of loading content, the launch date of your website can be prolonged depending on how quickly you can get to us the content and images we need along with exactly where on the website to place the content and images, or how quickly someone from your team is able to load all content and images and place them correctly on the website. So long as we deliver the initial website by our promised date, that is the date we stand by. The launch date of the website is determined at that point by how quickly the content and images are loaded onto the website and approved by you before we make it live.
      10. Finding the right images for your website vs loading the images properly on your website:
        1. Just because either of us (client or Levi Marketing) finds the perfect images for your website, we still highly recommend that they are loaded correctly on your website. This is not included in the website project, however would have to be purchased separately by procuring our website admin to load images and/or content after the development phase has been completed.
          1. This includes:
            1. Cleaning/Compressing the image file sizes.
            2. Any resizing of the images that need to be done to find the dimensions of that area of the page on the website.
            3. Making sure that each image resolution is high enough to be considered worthy of that specific area on the website to be professional.
            4. Properly titling each image.
            5. Proper metatags for each image.
            6. Making sure the images are in compliance with WCAG 2.0/Section 508.
      11. Setting up Email Accounts vs Email Setup on your Devices: When you purchase an email package on LeviHosting.com we will gladly create these email accounts for you at no charge and send you the login instructions with your login details for each email account.
        1. While it typically is very easy for us to setup your email accounts on your phone, tablets, Outlook program, etc, we are not available for free as part of the website project to set this up. You can however schedule a time with one of our tech’s at $100/hour to help walk you through this or do a screenshare session.
        2. If you would rather avoid paying any extra fees for our technician’s time, you can contact LeviHosting.com 24/7/365 tech support and they can direct you to guides that can help you with this at no charge.
      12. Website Functionality vs Website Optimization.
        1. Functionality of a website deals with if pages display, links work, buttons go to the correct place, forms are submitting correctly, etc..
          1. If anything is not functioning properly on your website due to anything we have caused, we will gladly fix it asap at no charge to you.
          2. If we troubleshoot and find that the issue was not caused by us, we will then charge for our time to troubleshoot at $100/hour and provide a quote to you for us to fix the issue.
          3. NOTE: We are very honest about our findings and we will genuinely tell you if it was caused by us or not. Please be prepared to receive an invoice for our troubleshooting should we find the issue was not caused by us.
        2. Optimization of a website is about enhancing and optimizing a website’s full potential. These items are never included as part of a website design & build, and subsequently are charged for any of these extra services.
          1. We offer different services to enhance and optimize your website’s potential: https://levimarketing.co/after-website-project-options/
          2. Examples: Below are just some examples to give you an idea.
            1. When we design & build your website, during our normal process, we will code it properly so that your website pages load promptly for customers, however if you are wanting your website to always load within 2 seconds or less, this is known as website page load speed optimization, not a functionality issue.
            2. When we build your website so that it’s search engine friendly, it doesn’t necessarily mean your website is going to be top ranked for specific keywords that you want. This again, is not a website functionality issue, rather a website SEO optimization issue.
            3. When we build your website, we will do the basic security measures on your website to help prevent against hackers attacking your website. This does not mean that you site is impervious from hackers being able to get into your website. This again is not a website functionality issue, rather a website security optimization issue.
            4. We are developers, not attorneys. We will provide you with standard proclamations for your website (Ex. Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, etc). You are 100% responsible for everything that is on your website. It is our strong recommendation that you review these standard website proclamations with either your legal counsel, or you can hire a website attorney that we can refer to you so that they can help meet the expectations of your specific website. This again is not a website functionality issue, rather a you are ultimately responsible for everything on your website at all times issue.
            5. When we build your website, we typically set it up so that you won’t receive any spam submissions or spam subscribers. Should you suddenly experience an influx of either of these it is not a website functionality issue, it’s a website spam protection enhancement issue.
            6. When we create your website, you might not receive website form submissions. During the testing phase of your website project, we can detect and fix this if it’s part of the website for some reason, however if your email program (Outlook, etc) has an email firewall protection it can easily prevent you from receiving such emails. We can help aid you in fixing this, however it is typically not a website functionality issue, and thus would we have to charge for.
      13. After your website has been launched, if at any time you'd like changes or updates made to it, there are 2 options:
